Best game gear emulator for Win7 64 bit?

I'm out of the emux scene for a long while and now I'm not aware of all the news around it so I'm asking the "pros": what's the best game gear emulator to use in a win 7 64bit machine?

Special points for the easiest to use and that just works :)

I would say Meka, hasn't been updated for a while but it works.

I would say RetroCopy, as it is the only cycle accurate Game Gear emulator and most accurate.
