How to Save?

Hi, Everyone you guys maybe made a thread for this but don't see it. should be a sticky. :) (ANYWAY)

i wanna know how you save games on emulator? I'm playing ffVII and when i bring up epsxe and go to run and click save then exit, come back and try to load shows nothing i saved!? Question is how do you save game?

There are 2 ways to save in epsxe. Through the emulator menu (save state) or by creating a virtual "memory card" (check the menus again) for using with the in game save function.

But When i use (save State) it doesn't work, like i said from above. im running 1.7.0. and i do not know how to crate a virtual memory card. ( I'm a Noob) coming to this stuff.

Go to Config > Memory Card and create the files you need. Personally I like to keep a card for each game.

Ok i try what you typed this is what i get,i dont get to create the file i have to select.

Type a random filename and click open. It will be created then the first time you need to save the game. I was confused the first time I did that as well.

ok im sorry, I do not comprehend "type filename and click open!?" where do i type falemane? on config memory card or on select memorycard file 1?

And is this a "virtual memory card!?" or so ican save on save state?

This is your screenshot. Type something in file name like "memory 1" and click open. you should be done.
