Best PSP Emu, downloaded JPCSP but don't know how to play games .cso file?

i just downloaded a torrent of crisis core .cso file, and can't seem to play it on JPCSP. Granted, I've never tried a PSP emulator in my life so i'm not too familiar with anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the emulator does not work with .cso files there is a program that converts .cso to .iso.
