no$gba heart gold

I got this ROM

and i got the newest Emulator of no$gba from this site

And every time i try to play the rom i get this

I don't know what to do! Should i get a new rom? can't find any, does anyone have a link!

Go to 'Options' from the toolbar, then select 'Emulation Setup', then go down to the NDS Cartridge Backup Media field and select a different type. The one used varies from Cart to Cart but one of the options available there should be compatible with the game.
