this may be old but ur fuckin retarted if u think the ps3 is an octocore its only a fuckin core 2 duo and its overclocked were the xbox360 is a quad core and its underclocked to 3.4ghz with L4 of 16mb with a bandwidth of 500bg/s the ps3 use the 1st sata made and still does the xbox360 uses sata3 with a bandwidth of 320bg/s my ps3 has laged bad vs. my xbox 360 and the xbox 360 has 10x more in it

Xbox 360
Quad Core 3.4ghz 1.6ghz FSB
512mb GDDR4 RAM@1.33ghz dual channel
Graphics Card with 512mb GDDR5 RAM@2ghz dual channel

PS3 Duo Core 3.2ghz 1066mhz FSB
320mb DDR3 RAM@800mhz
Graphics Card 100mb GDDR4 RAM@1.3ghz

get ur facts right before u try to start shit I have gone to collage 6 years for technology and programing and it would only take a bootloader and a blank hard drive on a core 2 duo computer with atlest an 1066mhz 4gb ram and a graphics card of 512mb ddr3@800mhz to get a good emulation
