VisualBoyAdvance-M SVN r941 is released. VisualBoyAdvance-M(VBA-M) is a [Super] Game Boy [Color / Advance] emulator for Windows, Linux & Mac.

fix the cmake/linux build
moves dependencies/File_Extractor-1.0.0 to trunk/fex - we can't expect people to have this lib, and fex has dropped support for the "fex_mini".
