In dire need of help with Pcsx2

Ok so I have all the plugins,bios,and other stuff. So I put a PS2 DVD into my laptop. Start the pcsx2 0.9.6 and the closest I got is through the Home Menu... Help!

First, let me clear something up, are you trying to play a DVD on a PS2 Emulator? Don't you have DVD drive?
