I just realised what THPS3 means. I thought you meant some old game before.

And no - Jesus man, even if there was there is no emulator which could run it. You can not run PS2, GameCube or X-Box games on a PC on any emulator yet, or for quite some time.

Yes it was released and there is also the rom.
The game is very good for the N64 standards.
