I'm not new to the world of emulators, but I recently downloaded by first N-64 emulator -- Project 64. I ran Ocarina of Time and it worked absolutely perfectly, not a single glitch or problem. But when I downloaded a Majora's Mask ROM and started playing, I noticed that things were happening just a little faster than they ought. After a short time, perception kicked in and I noticed that the FPS, which (as I had noticed) stayed pretty steady around 50 during Ocarina of Time, is running steady at 60. This isn't a major problem, and everything else is working very well, but it's juuuuuust significant enough to be irritating. I searched through the advanced settings for the emulator but can find no way to alter the displayed frames per second.
Is this an emulator issue, or a ROM issue? Is there anything to be done about it? I certainly could play the entire game at this slightly increased speed, but I'd rather not if an alternative is available.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
