How to transfer saves

Hey all, quick and easy question here.

I want to move my saves to a different computer, how do I do this? I have both save states and memory card saves, whichever is easiest would be fine. I'll continue poking around here looking for the answer, but couldn't find it on my initial search.

Sorry for the bump, don't know how to edit my post. I figured this out so no need to answer :)

You would just simply copy and paste the file onto an external drive like a Flash Drive or a CD and just copy it on to the other computer.
