hi folks
im got a problem on every game of mine in mame32 it opens the games in a window not full screen
in the properties
run in window unticked
start out maximeised ticked
it used to run fine but now doesnt can someone help please

Sounds like its got its knickers in a twist. Open your mame folder go into the cfg folder and delete default.cfg then try it again.

when i go in mame folder the cfg folder there is a load of game cfg in there but cart find default folder

should be in there, its called 'default' if its not then thats prob why your video options are screwing up. Redownload your version of mame and re-extract it to your mame folder (don't overwrite your rom folder though).
Just to re-iterate it is a .cfg file called 'default' not another folder.

Hi mate
Just got round to haveing a look at this again i have deleated the default cfg file and it still opens in a window
so deleted mame and reinstalled it but still the same running mame32 version 0.53.0.0

Wow!, that's a really old version of the emulator!.
Ok what commandline is Mala sending?. Perhaps Mala is telling it to open windowed via the commandline.
have you tried launching with commandline Mame rather than mame32?.
Does the game launch windowed when launched from the Mame32 GUI without Mala?.

hiya fixed it to a fasion the direct draw box wasnt ticked its got rid of the window but now everything is very large and strected so need to sort that out now
