I cannot guarantee free alternatives, but you can try AV Voice Changer (http://www.audio4fun.com/) or Screaming Bee's MorphVOX in its Pro (http://www.screamingbee.com/product/MorphVOX.aspx) and Junior (free)* (http://www.screamingbee.com/product/MorphVOXJunior.aspx) versions.
* I don't know the limitations of this.
