rom problem

Ok just got emulator to work but the rom i have of "threads of fate" i can;t figure out how to load it up? it only came in .bin and .cue files

Is it a PS1 or PS2 game? And it's an ISO, not a ROM.

Open your emulator, select the option run/load ISO and browse to your bin file.
