Do any of the current emulators support speed controls?

ie. 50% or 150%, or some other percentage of the standard speed?

I was trying a bunch of emulators yesterday, and couldn't see any obvious options. According to Wikipedia, Gens supports this, but I couldn't figure out how. With most emulators, I found frameskip options. With 'auto' they run at the proper (100%) speed. With '0' or some other value, it runs insanely fast.

Genecyst does support this, but running an emulator within Dosbox is kind of a hassle, and the newer emulators are much better overall.

I'm running Windows XP with a Q6600 CPU/2GB ram.

Does anyone know what to try? Thanks.

I heard that K Fusion is working on that for his next update.

I guess I'll stick with Genecyst for the games that I want to run at different speeds, until the new Kega Fusion comes out.

Second question:

Can saves be transferred between the two emulators?

It is possible if the two emulators make the same type of save file. If that is not the case, then you can try renaming the file extensions to match the save file you wanted to transfer, thats a good way to trick an emulator.
