Based on the newest versions, I've used both, which do you think it the better NES emulator?

Here's my opinion:

FCEUX is better for mapping, hex editing, and other complicated issues.

Nestopia is more of a no frills NES emulator.

When I ask "best" I mean which one plays NES games with the best emulation. I don't use mapping or any of those other features.

Actually, my honest opinion is neither. When it comes to simple game emulation, Jnes works wonders. But maybe I'm being descriminitive since Jabo of Pj64 makes Jnes :D
