nemulator 2.0 beta 1 is available for download from http://nemulator.com

nemulator features a Wii Channel-like interface. All of the games on the menu are being emulated in real-time.

Is this Vista only?. Running XP here and its telling me d3d10.dll is missing.

Yes. It uses DirectX 10, so either Windows Vista or Windows 7 is required.
