Long story short I had to replace my hard drive so now I started re-downloading my emulators.
This time around when I first opened Kega it said something about a video input error but then actually opened as normal, but when I start a game it just does whatever it wants and plays on its own and pausing randomly.
This never happened on my old hard drive.
