xbox cd to .xbe

is there a certain kind of software i need to change an xbox game to an .xbe file? if so, what is it and where can i find it? also, where can i download REAL .xbe files?

the only thing right now that can convert xbox games into xbe files is the xbox itself. emulation hasnt gone far enough yet and dont ask where to download copywrited material
