I have a Saitek Dual Analog Gamepad (P880) (http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Saitek-Dual-Analog-Gamepad--P880-/sem/rpsm/oid/60462/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do) and I'm trying to use it with Project 64. Specifically FPS games like Turok and Goldeneye007. The only problem is that it won't use one of the analog sticks. In fact, it won't even recognize it.
Is there any way around this? Some sort of plugin or something?

Step 1: Check if windows can fully use the gamepad
Go to your control panel and open the menu where you manage your gamepads.
Select your gamepad from the list and click "properties". There should be a testing system there, does that fully recognize your gamepad?
Step 2: The right Plugin
Use Nrage's Input Plugin. I have a gamepad that looks alot like that and that is the plugin that I use.
