Twilight Hack - Help

I recently have been trying to get the Twilight Hack to work on my Wii. I downloaded the v0.1-beta2 from Team Twiizers, and my system currently has the 4.0U update. I put the hack on my SD card, and when I went to copy it over, I got a message saying "The data may not have been copied". Of course when I look to see if the file had indeed copy, it hadn't. I've played the game at least once, as instructed. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, has anyone else seen similar problems, and know how to get it to work?

The twilight hack doesnt work on 4.0

Ah well, I figured it was as such. In your personal opinion, do you think they'll find a way around this, and if so can you guess approximately how long it will take?
