Problems with Dolphin

Whenever I load the emulator I get the following error messages:

Scratch the first post.

I downloaded the newest Dolphin program and got these errors instead:

I'm pretty sure this tells me that I can't even play the game... but do the other errors signify I can do something to play games that are compatible with it if I ever get around to downloading them?

to load the pad plugin download xinput1_3.dll (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3) and put it in the "Dolphin svn..." folder, and for the other problem try(/download) different versions of dolphin, some games may/will run only on specific builds (SSBM runs perfect before rev1200 on slow computers)
