Convert .BIN to .IMG

Ok I have a game that has 2 files in it a .BIN and a .CUE file. I want to know if there is a program I can use to convert this to a .IMG file.

You can use a disk emulator such as daemon tools or a cd plygin for emulators that uses image files instead of disks to read it. For a program like daemon tools would be the proper way to go.
