when ever i load a rom it always has this thing pop up called r4 can some1 please help me :confused:

Potemkin only works with 2 or 3 commercial games. Anything else will get a whole bunch of code errors that I won't pretend to understand.

if i use pspe could i play final fantasy on it?

No. None of the PSP emulators out there can play FF1&2 yet.
