(Noob question) Got the Sega Saturn Rom, so what now?

I got my Sega Saturn emulator in SSF_010_prototype , I got my bios and I got Dark Savior. Well the one big problem, I got a .mdf and .mds file but I have no idea what to do with them. So a little help please? (let me know if you need additional infomation).

.mdf/.mds are Alcohol 120% format. If you don't have it (or don't want to pay for it) you can download the free 15 day trial version (http://trial.alcohol-soft.com/) from their homepage.

Basically mdf/mds is like a proprietary Bin/Cue format. Use Alcohol to make a cd from the files.
