How to add games from PSN?

Is it possible ,to buy games in PSN from a PC? If it is ,how should i add those to my PS3?

No you cannot do this.

So ,i cannot buy a game from PSN from PC,and transport it via USB to my PS3 and install it! This is a big point CON for SONY :(

XBOX LIVE rules in this! Damn that RROD ,which has scared me and made me buy a PS3,when i could've just waited and bought a Jasper! Damn you SONY!
