Is PEC available anywhere anymore?

Just as the topic says, is the program PEC still available anywhere? I just got back into PSX emulation and just heard about it, and wanted to give it a go.

Sorry for the double post, I couldn't find an edit feature anywhere. Just wanted to add another question here: if PEC isn't available anymore, is there any other Gameshark/Action Replay equivalent that works with ePSXe?
