PS3 emulator not on emulator zone?

i went on miniova and typed in PS3 emulator and it came up with the emulator i think it was called CPS3 emulator im not sure but how come its not on the emulator zone

There is no PS3 emulator. CPS3 emulator emulates the CPS3 arcade system for games like Warzard and Street Fighter 3.
