How do I mod Virtual Console games to be a completely different game?
I want to turn my Super Mario 64 Virtual Console game to turn it into Super Smash Brothers that I can play on Wii (Wii64 didn't work too well)

Ummm... not gonna happen. You'd have to rewrite the game from scratch

No he's saying if you want Super Smash Brothers it will need to be programmed as Super Smash Brothers from scratch, there isn't any way to convert one game into something else unless they use an identical game engine, and even then its still a re-write from the ground up in most cases.

So in answer to your original question - no there's not.
