Ok!

So I downloaded Wild Arms 2 (2 CDs as you know) and I extracted them into a single folder. There I have an IMG file (called CD1 but it's the combined size of CD1 and 2), I did everything right, however, when I run ePSXe I get this

"Missing render-texture extension" & "No pixel format avialable"

I also got the same message when I try to 'Run ISO' on a .BIN image that I made from an PSX CD 2 years ago

Any ideas, thanks!!

Your CDs may be corrupted (unlikely for 2 but possible) or you could try using a different graphics plugin or a different emulator.

Most likely there is some issue between the graphics plugin and your video card, or possibly just old drivers. Can't really say anymore when I don't know what computer specs you have, other than to try to update your graphic drivers and try other plugins.
