Need help playing burned games on PSone console

Can someone please tell how I would go about playing burned PSone games on my Playstation one console. I know these games were burned correctly because they work with my emulator. But the only reason I got an emulator was because I could not play these games otherwise.

Do I need a modchip? If so can someone please recommend where I can find one?

Yes you need a modchip to play burned games. Try asking at one of your local stores or buy one from an online store.
