Ok, yesterday I got sonic CD working, so today I downloaded Shining force CD, but today, when I try to extract the folder, there is an ISO file in there which can't be extracted, I wanted to make a working Cue sheet, but the CueSheet maker can't find the ISO file due to the only copy on my hard drive is in the zipped file, does anybody know how to get this ISO image out?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean but winIso and isoBuster will extract data from an iso file. So will winrar, i think.

ISOs don't need cue sheets; only .img do. If you can't extract it, then the file is probably corrupt.

Thanks for the help... Turns out the file was corrupt, but it took WinRAR to tell me that.
