That guy that posted a fake no$gba works good but gerogero said there was a virus or something like that. I took it off my computer but is it still there?

When it had a virus/trojan, you can't get rid of it by removing the program. Use a decent virus scanner.

There is no 2.7 at the moment, the latest is 2.6a. Any downloads you find of no$gba 2.7 are fake. They are usually older versions of the emulator with viruses. Do not download any of them. Just wait for the real release.

Yeah, is it not funny how any emulator that starts to emulate game in production goes defunk. Gee, I wonder if its a coincidence.... Dolphin snv is prolly next, but going to be hard since its not just one guy working on it.

There is no 2.7 at the moment, the latest is 2.6a.

Latest is version 2.6a if you pay for it, but the creator's "donation" system has been offline for many months now.
Latest "freeware" version of No$Gba is 2.6 original.

Definitely avoid any version 2.7 of no$gba as that one is a fraudulent variety
