another pad controller problem

Hi people,

I downloaded epsXe v1.5.2 with game "Dragon ball final bout". The game works perfectly, but I have a problem with pads.

Let's see, I'm using windows vista, and the pad I'm using is "Super Dual Box Pro" , which I think it's useful both for PS2/PS1, and it works with PC games like PES6.

I read that in order to activate PSone controls with this pad I have to press start+select+up for 3 sec. and I did it. Then I configured every button in the configuration menu.

It seems that sometimes start and select work but anything else :S

And yes, I've tried running epsxe as admin and I've read FAQ's and threads, but don't find any solution :(

Can someone help me please?

PD: i've seen there's a new version, but I don't think this is the problem.

The only thing I can suggest is to try a later version of the emulator (like 1.7). Improvements have been made in areas like gamepad support and for a pad like your's that probably runs on specific drivers its more likely to work with the latest version of the emulator.
