no$gba and Harvest Moon DS Cute Help!!!

Ok, so when I turn on the emu and all that jazz, it turns the game on, I hear the HMDS theme music play, so I know it's working, but I get this message:
"Could not read the data. turn the power off and reinsert the Game Card."
After searching on google, I found that most people were able to play HMDSC on it. How do I get past this little bug, eh? HALP!
