Brave Fencer Musashiden with pSX v1.13 Problem

I switched emulators to one that works (:D) and I have a new problem (:().

Irregardless of which BIOS I use, when I tried to load Brave Fencer Musashiden (via file not disc) it loads about the first 5 seconds of the game, then when the scene tries to change the game locks up on a black screen. Is the game unplayable on the emulator or am I doing something wrong?

BIOS I'm currently running are North American scph1001.bin (wouldn't work with PAL BIOS either)

Which video plugin are you using?.

I don't know. How do I check? It doesn't say in the Config menu as far as I can see.

Use psx v1.11 or 1.12 But Freezing issues - intro can be bypassed by pressing START, others by fast forwarding; play using image, not CD.
