problems with power rangers lightspeed rescue

does anyone know what emulator i can use for power rangers lightspeed rescue rom because i use project 64 and graphics are very choppy

I think the problem here is that you want to play Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue.

are you saying that the game isn't playable? if it isn't do u have any suggestions

The game does have some graphics issues. I have it and I've tried it myself.
