Problem with PCSX2...

hi ppl this is my first time in here.
my problem is that i downloaded PCSX2 from this site and i found plugins bios everything and set it up well but when i start a game for example Fatal frame2 i see the first menu and the second but when i choose Start > New Game > Normal then the screen goes black and i can still hear the sound in the background...so please help what to do!!
i tried with spiderman and find out that whenever it comes to the movies or foreclip or any kind of Movie the screen goes black....and sound in background....
please sombody help!!

i would advise first of evrething to view the compatibile list on the official pcxs2 site http://www.pcsx2.net/compat.php?p=1&c=f&s1=0&s2=0&s3=1&s4=1&s5=1

p.s. thats all what pcxs2 can do with Fatal frame2 at the moment
