Question about a Video Converter?

I use Magic Video Converter 8 and i can convert a DVD RIP from 700MB to 165-180 MB in PSP format.

Since i don't a have a big memory card in my PSP ,can any other video converter do better than this,if yes please tell me its name. Thanks in advance.

I primarily use TMPGenc 4 Xpress. Don't know if it will get better than that but it all depends on bitrate, etc.. That's a pretty decent size really. What kind of quality is it?

It is PSP Direct Renamed and these are the specs :

QVGA/15fps/216kbpsMono/48kbps

Low MP4 quality ,but the video look great ,only its a little slow. Thanks for the help.
