Hi I'm really looking forward to playing games and all but i have no clue how

No clue how to do what exactly?

Download > extract > [emulator name].exe

Download rom > extract

open it from file > open in the emulator.

It's not too hard, play around with it, if you're still having trouble, lurk around more and try to find some instructions.
