Burnt Games

How can I get my PS2 (Slim version) to run Burnt games without a mod chip or PS2 Action Replay (or similar things).

Heard theres a USB device that can let it read burnt games, is there some way to put it onto a USB hard drive and plug that in and play burnt games?

Or is there a free program that makes an exact copy of a disk that a PS2 can read it?
