Gamepad setup

Hi. I own a PC controller that is basically the same as the ps3 six axis controller (I also own the ps3 six axis controller and know that it can be used on pc aswell), I configured my controller to function the same as keystrokes but the emulator does not accept input from it. Any ideas how to make this work?

Do you have the drivers for your controller?

Im not that good with computers. But I believe I understand what your asking and yes I do. The controller works fine for other games (bioshock etc etc) just not the emulator.
