Megaman x4 sound help

My kingdom for decent help!

Before I even played any game on my epsxe 1.70 I looked over the help section.
I'm fairly new to the emu scene so naturally I had problems. With megaman x4 it's the sound.

In the help menu it told me to open the epsxe.exe with the command line switch "-noseekinxa". At the time I didn't even know what a command line switch was.
So this is where I am. (Feel free to insult-the-newb and correct me if i'm wrong.) I go to start, run, and type "C:\epsx170\epsxe.exe-noseekinxa".
All that comes up is Cannot find the path.

Please help the down trodden gamer.

Well... nevermind I guess. I played around with the video and sound plugins to see if I could get the video to run faster. So I changed the video plugin, tweaked the sound, and the game played wonderfully.

Hazaa for playing around. :)

Still, if you could give me some command line switching advice I'm a little shakey.
