Problems with dolphin emulator

I downloaded Zelda windwaker and twillight princess for the Game Cube and i tryed to emulate them with dolphin but it wont work.

Im sure that i have the system requies for the emulator

2,66 core 2 duo procesor
Nvidia 9600 GT video card
4 GB memory
and win XP SP2

so when i have the requies for the emulator pls tell me what to do so that i can play the games i downloaded.

Maybe what emulator i must download and what plugins to use.

There is like a certain setting that you need to put your Emulator on to make it run at full speed. you definately have the required computer.

Yes i know there is a way to play the emulator on normal speed but how
have someone a tutorial or someone know what plugins i need and what dolphin emulator version i need to play the games
