Sega Mega CD burning

So I downloaded a Mortal Kombat ISO for the mega cd and when I extracted it, I got a .cue and .iso file and if I need to burn it to a CD that's fine, I have plenty. I have Alchohol 120% and ISOBuster. I don't recall what to do next, I did it before with a PSX game which I amagine is very different. Can someone help me out? (And please don't give any smartass answers, google turned up squat, I tried) Thanks.
