hi whats the best nes emu to use where i can press esc to exit it

I use Nestopia. Just open the nestopia.cfg file and change the exit command from "Alt-X" to "Esc". Save the cfg file and away you go.

i carnt find the config file on this i have change log copying and nestopia

Just checked and in the newest version they have changed most of the config options to xml format.

Open Nestopia.xml with notepad, scroll down to the entry that reads <exit>Alt+X</exit> and change it to <exit>Esc</exit> then resave it.

You might also want to change <confirm-exit>yes</confirm-exit> to <confirm-exit>no</confirm-exit>.
