is there anyway to run the super gameboy rom on snes9x or zsnes

by the i downloaded this rom but it only shows the super gameboy logo and thats it i can't get it to run aftr that

I think that really is all it does when there's not a GB cart in it, even on a real SNES. You can run Super Game Boy games in colour in most GB emus.
