No, I think he's looking for the cheapest way to play the games and is willing to pay so I don't see this request as anything illegal atm.

however, I don't know much about emulators for consoles so I'll leave that question for someone else. As for the games they probably won't cost much on E-bay...

hmm where can i get the correct cable to connect my pc to my tv. also can i play it with my xbox 360 wireless controller or is that not possible. BTW i own a laptop will that help

i solved my old problem but i got two new ones.
1.The picture quality is horrible
2.it doesnt take up the whole screen, and when i switch to full screen, it cuts of a lot of the screen
