No No$GBA bios?

when i've downloaded No$GBA, its only an EXE file? is it already complete, i mean, just run and play? should I download other DLL's BIOS etc? to run some ROMS? my games sometimes crashes when reading save states.. damn..:mad:

and by the way... I CAN'T SAVE ANY GAME !!

don't use save states, just run and play, use ingame save.
