I copied the ePSXe from a computer to another computer... but when I start it, it always need to configure the plugins or sumthing again... does anyone have it?

Why not just download and install a fresh copy of ePSXe? Copying installed files from one computer to another is just asking for problems.

As for Kaillera you could try this link (http://ddememame.hp.infoseek.co.jp/kailleraclient_0.9en.7z).
