whats the name of that game...

Can anyone please tell me the name of that game when you're a tank and go shooting and busting walls, and kill other little tanks and you collect all sorts of weapon that make you shoot better and you're looking at it all from above,and it's supposed to be for super nintendo, and it can be also played by two players.

Please help, I would really, really like to know what's it called!

I have a game that sound suspiciously like that, except it's for the NES. It's called Battle City. I think it may be a clone of an earlier game.
